We are a private, client-centered salon and day spa. We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, the length of your service may be shortened or cancelled to maintain our schedule of appointments for that day.

We understand sometimes situations come up that require you to change plans. If you must cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us at lease 24 HOURS in advance. This helps us protect our stylist’s time and income and ensures our ability to deliver on our promise of exceptional service for all guests.

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments without 24 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-show appointments will incur a fee of 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and may not be put toward any future services.

Payment needs to be secured with a 50% deposit using a check or credit card. Cancellations must be made a week in advance or deposit will be forfeited.

Cash and check payments are preferred but we do accept Cards, Indigo Salon Gift Certificates and Red Wing Chamber Bucks.

Indigo Salon gift certificates may be purchased for any denomination or for specific services. Gift certificates may be used for purchasing services or retail items but may not be redeemed for cash.
