Aveda salon professionals are continually educated on the latest trends and techniques to transform your look with styles inspired by the fashion runways from around the world. Our spa professionals also undergo regular training to stay informed of latest advancements in body and skin care so they can practice the art of healing, rejuvenating and refreshing the mind body and spirit. Aveda professionals understand how to listen to your needs and provide you with a thorough consultation so you can be comfortable and confident during your salon/spa experience.

Salon Policies

  • We are a private, client-centered salon and day spa. We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, the length of your service may be shortened or cancelled to maintain our schedule of appointments for that day.

  • A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations so that we may make that time available to our other guests. In some situations of last-minute cancellations or no-shows there will be a 50% deposit required for your next appointment time to be held for you. The deposit will apply to your appointment upon checkout. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show the deposit is not refundable.

  • Payment needs to be secured with a 50% deposit using a check or credit card. Cancellations must be made a week in advance or deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cash and check payments are preferred but we do accept Cards, Indigo Salon Gift Certificates and Red Wing Chamber Bucks.

  • Indigo Salon gift certificates may be purchased for any denomination or for specific services. Gift certificates may be used for purchasing services or retail items but may not be redeemed for cash.
