Weddings

Congratulations!

We at Indigo Salon have a policy for booking weddings as follows:

• We require a one week notice for cancellations.
• To ensure your wedding date we require a post dated check for half the amount of the time booked for your services on that day. We do not cash your check unless you have no shows or cancel. You can also choose to use the check to help pay the day of your wedding.

We also have some suggestions for making your special day go as smoothly as possible.

• We would like you all to come with clean, mostly dry hair. We would prefer to use the time allotted styling your hair, not drying it. Some people may tell you to come with dirty hair, but in our thirty years of experience we have found that clean hair performs better.
• If at all possible have everyone come at the same time. This allows us to set rollers and use the time more efficiently.
• Anyone getting make-up done should arrive with a clean face. Please make sure all old make-up is removed and we will moisturize for you. Weddings tend to be emotional, so we recommend waterproof mascara; however we do not provide it. If you would like waterproof mascara, please use your own. Fake eyelashes are an alternative to waterproof mascara and we do sell them for $10.00 and an additional $10.00 for the application.
• Feel free to bring food and drinks – we don’t mind! There is a coffee shop next door. Thank you and we look forward to being part of your day.
