Cancellation Policy

We are a private, client-centered day spa. Therefore, all appointments need to be secured with a valid credit card. We also ask you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your treatment.

Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly; therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. A full fee is charged to your charge card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment (or 48 hours before packages).
